Frankie’s Rainbow Bridge Pet Portraits | Tacoma Pet Photography

Puget Sound Pet Portraits

Who says little guys can’t have adventures, too? If your dog loves to run up mountains or swim through cold rivers, I will be there in a heartbeat. But what about for the pups who prefer a quiet stroll on the beach or snuggles in a garden? I love those adventures, too! When it comes to pet portraits in Seattle, there is no adventure too small.

Frankie was one such pup—his big adventure was a stroll on the shores of Puget Sound on a quiet afternoon with his mom and dad. Frankie had been ill for some time and they unfortunately were getting ready to say, “See you later” to their sweet boy. His mom contacted me with an urgent request to get some portraits done of their baby before the big day and I dropped everything to make it happen. Capturing these moments of beauty are so special to me, and being trusted with the honor of making end of life pet portraits for my clients is something I do not take lightly.

Frankie had the best afternoon! He got to “run” across the soft sand, sniff all the rocks and shells, snuggle up with his mom in her jacket, and eat sooooo many treats. He even spoiled us with the cutest little side eye in one portrait, lest we forget how full of personality he is!

I am forever thankful for the honor of capturing Frankie in his final days, and am so glad his parents have these portraits of him to remember him by forever.
