Mountain Time with Douglas | Sunset Gold Creek Pond Snoqualmie Pass Pet Portraits
Are you looking for the perfect place for pet portraits? Gold Creek Pond on Snoqualmie Pass has it all. Sweeping mountain views, towering evergreens, a stunning crystal clear deep teal lake, a smooth trail that wraps around the entire lake that is ADA-Accessible, and all of this is just a short 2 minute walk from the parking lot. There is a reason this spot is so popular! I love this spot not only for the accessibility (perfect for dogs and people with mobility issues!) and the views, but also because you can get so many different portraits here. The mountains and lake are a beautiful backdrop for your portraits, but there are also beautiful wooded trails for portraits in the trees, and to get those perfect portraits with sparkly sunlight coming through the trees.
Douglas and his mom made the trip up to Snoqualmie Pass for Douglas’ very own adventure dog pet portraits. He played fetch, he chased his mom, he snuggled up on a blanket and looked out at the mountains with his human by his side, and we all watched the spectacular Snoqualmie Pass sunset together. It was the perfect day.
